AFTER THE Netradaan ritual is performed, Lord Jagannath opens his eyes to fulfil the grants and wishes of all devotees. With the Netradaan performed, the annual Jagganath Rath Yatra starts from Ranchi in Jharkhand. Both of these days are propitious and attract people from all over the country.
